The advantage of profiles produced on a rolling mill is the cold distortion of the material leading to crystalline changes in structure resulting in a higher strength.
Particularly, the yield point is increased (by up to 50% compared to the basic material). At the same time, the ultimate strain and the notched impact strength are reduced.
Additional safety buffers are created by increasing the admissible tension. Particularly at the bending radii, where with heavy soils there is the biggest risk of deformation and twisting, our profiles reach their bending stiffness. This all results in an enormous durability.
Our products meet highest quality standards. The basic material is hot wide strip. Its quality is double-checked, first by its producer and then again at SBH.
The profile production in our rolling mill is subject to continuous quality control. Of course, the production machinery is state-of-the art and according to latest developments in the profiling technology.
The Trench Sheet KD 6/8 is primarily used in Pile Chamber Shoring.
The LP profile has a cover width of 700 mm and it is rolled in material thicknesses of 7 and 8 mm.
The Omega 8 has a resisting moment of 1237 cmÂ³/m - with a material thickness of 8 mm our strongest profile.
